If you’ll notice the numbers peaked in 2014 and then significantly dropped off reaching a bottom of zero in 2017.  Uber entered the Wilmington market in June 2014.  I wonder if the two are related? Wilmington, like other cities, had artificially capped the number of cabs that could operate in the downtown area…
